RT 1 Wrentham
11 acres were recently rezoned in order to facilitate a better use of land located at the corner of Thurston Street and RT 1. It is anticipated that a revenue producing development will be proposed for the site soon.

Rumor has it that this property will soon be actively marketed as a multi pad site or larger single tenant development. Announce is supposed to be made in November.
