What is going on with the Blue house on South Street? Is it being demo'd and for what???

Our information is that the property is being prepared for a Condo Development. There are no plans submitted that we know of. Keep checking back for updates.
How long will we have to look at this have destroyed building? Isn't it a safety hazard?
