How much are these lots?
Paul, these lots are $300K, except that the lots at the end of the cul de sac are $330K. Remember they are a FULL 2 acres, larger than ANY other site in town. Also, they have power, water, gas on site and septic designs in hand. This price is hard to beat for such a finished building site. And the site prep is minimal due to the nature of the gravel on each lot. Hope this helps.
Can you have a pool on this lot?
Yes, you can have a pool on any lot in the subdivision. The acreage is a full 2 acres and it is nearly perfect land. Septic sites are designed to be in the front of each home.
