Wrentham Crossing

This is the name of the 130 sf retail development currently in process for the land opposite the Wrentham Premium Outlets. At this writing the site is being prepped for buildout. We do not know the names of any tenants at this time. Check back for updates.

RT 1 Wrentham

11 acres were recently rezoned in order to facilitate a better use of land located at the corner of Thurston Street and RT 1. It is anticipated that a revenue producing development will be proposed for the site soon.

WalMart in Wrentham?

This is a long rumored development which is focussed on property located behind the Wrentham Premium Outlets on South Street. To date no formal proposal is submitted and it is unclear as to whether or not any proposal will be forthcoming.
